Our Koramic Real Estate project in northern Bucharest has received both the “Five Stars” distinction and the “Award” in the High-End Residential Development category at the Romanian Property Awards 2026–2027.
Presented in Bucharest on 9 October, these honours recognise Koramic Real Estate’s vision and commitment to quality in Romania’s residential property market.
With 52 villas, 24 apartments and a selection of retail spaces, Sunrise Homes continues to take shape, with completion scheduled for the end of 2027.
